Gayle Smith is the visionary founder and Co-Owner of Prescription Travel, Prescription Travel Group, and Red & Black Travel. Gayle's commitment exceeds transactional travel planning; it's about cultivating a team that strives to create meaningful and personalized client experiences. Travel, for Gayle, is so much more than jumping on a plane to say you have been somewhere. Travel educates. Travel inspires. Travel creates memories to last a lifetime. As the driving force behind Prescription Travel and Prescription Travel Group, Gayle has extended her passion for travel beyond exploration to the mentorship and coaching of young travel advisors. While not in the office, Gayle enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason and her two dachshunds, Dagny and Maggie.

Hello! My name is Maddie McCauley. I am originally from Kentucky, but I am currently living in Reno, NV. I attended the University of Georgia where I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice as well as a minor in Sociology. I also went to Athens Technical College where I received my diploma in Prehospital Medicine and Advanced Emergency Medical Technician. I have been working as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician in the field for nearly three years.
Travel has been a large influence into making me into who I am today. I began to travel at a young age with my family and still have an avid love for travel. Because of my love for travel, I have had the opportunity to live in Florida, Georgia, and Wyoming. I feel that travel creates memories and experiences that families and friends can share for a lifetime. Travel gives an inside perspective into other walks of life, cultures, and traditions. Further, travel offers you a level of independence and education that cannot be found in your everyday life.
